What you'll do
- Coach and lead a team of representatives in the field
- Support recruiting and onboarding
- Plan daily routes with operations
- Hold the team to our quality and conduct standards

- Field sales or leadership experience
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone

How you're paid
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Your earnings are commission-based with no cap. For internet and other services that need an installation, commission is earned once the customer is installed. We'll walk you through the full commission plan, payment schedule and incentives during your interview, in writing, before you start. You never pay to join, and you never buy inventory or starter kits.
