The way we sell matters as much as what we sell.
Face-to-face and phone sales depend on trust. These are the standards every We Agree representative, leader and partner commits to, and how we enforce them.
Our eight commitments
Always identify ourselves
Field reps wear a visible photo ID badge, and every rep and agent states who they are, who they represent and why they're visiting or calling.
Respect every door and phone
We honor "No Soliciting" signs and do-not-call requests, keep to permitted hours, and leave or end the call when asked.
Tell the truth
No misleading claims, no false urgency and no pretending to be from a utility, city or government agency.
Real agreement only
A sale counts only when the customer understands it and genuinely agrees. Every order is verified.
Protect vulnerable consumers
Reps are trained to recognize when someone may not be able to make an informed decision, and to step back.
Protect personal data
Customer information is collected only for the order, handled securely and never sold.
Follow the law
We follow federal, state and local rules on solicitation, telemarketing, consumer protection and cancellation rights.
Speak up
Anyone (customer, rep, client or neighbor) can report a concern, and we act on it without retaliation.
Your rights as a customer
If you made a purchase or signed up for a service at your home, you have rights under federal, state and local law. Under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule, many sales of $25 or more made at your home can be cancelled within three business days. Some states and some services have additional or different cancellation rights. Your agreement or confirmation will explain the terms that apply.
If you want to cancel, change or ask about an order taken by a We Agree representative, contact us through our "Did we knock on your door?" page and we'll help, or point you to the right contact at the service provider.
Local solicitation rules
Many cities and counties require door-to-door sellers to register or hold a permit, and some set hours or other rules. Before entering a market, we review local requirements, obtain required permits and train our teams on them.
Telemarketing rules
Our call center follows the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry and state telemarketing laws. That means calling only within permitted hours, getting the consent the law requires before automated calls or texts, scrubbing outbound lists against do-not-call lists, identifying ourselves and who we represent at the start of every call, and honoring every request to stop calling.
Independent contractor transparency
Our field sales representatives are independent contractors (1099), while manager, call center, inside sales and B2B roles may be W-2 employee positions. We're clear about which applies from the first conversation. Representatives never pay to join, never buy inventory or starter kits, and earn commission on verified sales they make for our clients. We Agree is not a multi-level marketing company.
Fair recruiting
Our job ads describe the work honestly, including how pay works. We welcome applicants of every background and run background checks in line with applicable law.
Reporting a concern
If you see anything that doesn't meet these standards, tell us. Use the contact form or email info@weagree.se. Reports can be made anonymously, every report is reviewed, and we never retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
