What we collect

Information you give us:

Job applications: name, email, phone number, ZIP code, city, preferred market and position, eligibility answers (age, transportation), sales experience, availability, start date, willingness to travel, language skills, your own description, a résumé or profile link if you choose to share one, and how you heard about us.
Business inquiries: name, company, email, phone number, the services, industries and markets you're interested in, and your message.
Customer and homeowner requests (for example through "Did we knock or call?"): name, ZIP code, email, phone number, the representative's name or ID, the date of the visit or call, and your message.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the website, our hosting provider and services that deliver content to the site receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit.

Information from others: with your consent where required, we may receive background-check results for applicants, and information about customers from the clients we sell for, so we can verify and follow up on orders.

How we use it

To review applications, contact candidates, schedule interviews and onboard new team members, including required background checks.
To respond to business inquiries and provide our services to clients.
To verify representatives, handle customer questions, complaints and cancellation requests, and honor do-not-call requests.
To verify orders and maintain quality and compliance records.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Calls and text messages

If you agree to receive text messages about your application, we may text you at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying.

If you ask us not to call you again, we add your number to our internal do-not-call list.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, applicant and customer management systems (including Hodor Partner Hub and Hodor CRM), background-check providers, and email, phone and messaging providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Clients we sell for, when needed to process, verify or support an order or a request you made.
Our group companies (We Agree AB and We Agree Holding AB) for administration and management.
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of others.
Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Third-party content

Some parts of this website load content from other providers, such as web fonts, map tiles for our job map, photos, and address and city suggestions. When your browser loads that content, the provider receives technical information such as your IP address. Their own privacy policies apply to that information. Links to other websites, such as hodorcrm.com, are governed by those websites' own policies.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. The site may use storage in your browser that is strictly necessary for it to work.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, including to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
