About the role
Lead a team of door-to-door representatives in Pensacola. You'll recruit, train and coach your team in the field while still selling yourself, and build the culture that makes reps want to stay.
What you'll do
- Lead daily huddles and plan territory assignments for your team
- Ride along with reps, coach in real time and run role-play sessions
- Help recruit and interview new representatives
- Track team production and quality, and hold the team to our code of conduct
- Sell alongside your team and set the standard at the door

What we're looking for
- At least 6 months of door-to-door or field sales experience (or a strong record in another sales role)
- Proven ability to motivate and coach others
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Able to pass a background check
How you're paid
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Your earnings are commission-based with no cap. For internet and other services that need an installation, commission is earned once the customer is installed. We'll walk you through the full commission plan, payment schedule and incentives during your interview, in writing, before you start. You never pay to join, and you never buy inventory or starter kits.
