In the field, most days start with a team huddle and training, followed by time in your neighborhoods in the afternoon and early evening, when homeowners are home. At our Tampa office, call center, inside sales and B2B reps work scheduled shifts. Leaders coach throughout.

A blitz is a short, intense sales push where a team travels to a market for days or weeks, works it hard and moves on. We do run blitzes outside our main markets for reps who want to travel. But our focus is the opposite: building consistent, long-term markets where you work the same territory with the same team, week after week.

Yes. Many cities require a background check for a door-to-door solicitation permit. We run checks in line with applicable law.
